David Mosley

Founder

David started Mosley Consulting, LLC. Following a distinguished 34-year career with DuPont Automotive and Axalta Coating systems, where he most recently served as Site Human Resource Manager. He has extensive Industrial relations, Manufacturing, and Marketing sales experience. David brings a wealth of experience in his area of expertise which ranges across all aspects of HR, including Talent management, Labor Relations, Training & Employee personal development, and Compensation planning.

David is an excellent team builder and has hired, trained, and developed many successful managers in his career with DuPont and Axalta. His experience is an asset to his clients as they seek to grow and develop new talent for their management teams. His focus with Mosley Consulting is working with business leaders to improve their organization and helping families in debt reduction, money management, and wealth-building initiatives.

David is an alumnus of Financial Peace University and has been a facilitator training organizations and families. He is also a Master Financial Consultant trained by Ramsey’s Solutions. David is a trusted, respected Leader in the industry and has a passion for supporting many local charities and mentoring youth in the community.

David is a Flint & Genesee County Chamber of Commerce member and a Certified Tourism Ambassador, CTA, for Flint, MI, and Genesee County.

Olivia Johnson

Marketing Brand Ambassador

As Marketing Brand Ambassador for Mosley Consulting, LLC, Olivia's role is to raise brand awareness and while educating young teens and college students as well as corporate business leaders about proper money management and career goals and aspirations. She is responsible for the implementation of marketing campaigns.

Along with being a voice of the company, Olivia also is a financial consultant for potential, new and current clients. She provides advice to clients on finances, money management, retirement planning, investments, and more to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Olivia is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Flint, with a degree in Visual Communications and Graphic Design. She also has worked as a graphic, web and technical designer for 5 years and is wanting to focus more in the field of business, marketing and communications. She is currently working on her Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise.

Olivia is a member of the Flint & Genesee County Chamber of Commerce, as well as a Certified Tourism Ambassador, CTA, for Flint, MI and Genesee County.

Barbara Mosley

Director of Client Relations

Barb has been instrumental in giving creative guidance to the Mosley Consulting team, ensuring creative design and concepts represent our branding goals. Barb will utilize her talents to create wonderful gifts and facilitate milestone celebrations, for our clients who reach their debt reduction and wealth building goals.

Barb also serves as a Leader and creative consultant, for the New Creation Church of God and is the proud Mother of two children, Taylor and Tiera.

Patricia Williams

Research and Development Director

The purpose of her job is to provide vital information for Mosley Consulting LLC.

Patricia is responsible for conducting industry market and family financial planning trend data, she gathers data from primary and secondary sources of information, organizing the data and preparing written reports for our clients.

Working for Mosley Consulting allows Patricia to contribute to the well-being of the clients by delivering accurate information in a way that helps the client build a better future for themselves as well as their loved ones. It provides the client with information that is user-friendly and easy to follow and understand while providing a safe and comfortable format for asking questions.

Patricia has Worked in Research and Development for over 20 years in the automotive industry. She enjoys writing short stories, reading, and quiet evenings at home.

Taylor Mosley

Executive Business Consultant

Taylor joined Mosley Consulting as an Executive Business Consultant. Taylor’s experience includes 6 years of Marketing and Event planning, her experience and expertise has been vital to the success of many high-level fashion & networking events.

Taylor currently holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing & Digital Media, and a masters degree in Professional Communication with a minor in Computer Information Systems from The University of Michigan.
