It has been my pleasure to know and work with David Mosley at DuPont Performance Coatings which later became Axalta Coatings Systems. I’m an engineer and right at home with any science or math challenge. However, when it came to the delicate subject of people-based challenges, I just never had an equation or app that I could apply. Surely, it’s natural to be skeptical about anything we spend our hard-earned money on. I’ve purchased programs in the past such as motivational program, Budget programs, and various other items Only to find that with these programs if you don’t have the drive or coaching along with it you will probably not finish the programs.
I took the liberty to research and follow a few of the programs provided by Mosley Consulting. This is truly one of the greatest steps I have made in a very long time.
